Sad news (and a show)

We are sorry to report that our drummer Phil had decided to leave the band to concentrate on his other projects and to have more of a life. Not sure yet what that means for Airfix Kits (know any drummers?) but we are playing one last show with Phil on February 17th.

Just in time for Christmas, we have a new batch of shirts. They feature famed BBC DJ and our personal hero John Peel, holding what would undoubtedly be his favourite record if he was still with us.
Available in the three colours shown here. XS, S, M, L and XL, ~~although we have limited quantities of XS (and none of those sizes in yellow) so email first to check availability if you are a waif model.~~(XS all gone, sorry waifs). $10 in person at gigs or $14 ppd in the US. Overseas orders get in touch for our reasonable shipping rates.

Oakland show on September 30th

We’re playing with Australian pop sensations Royal Headache in a super-secret location near 40th & Webster. If you can’t find it, ask at 1-2-3-4 Go! Records, they know what’s up.
It’s also the live debut of Rat Columns, who feature David from Rank/Xerox.
The show is all-ages and begins at 7pm. It will end by 10pm. The venue is very accessible by BART. The cover charge is $8 because traveling from Australia is expensive.
There is a Facebook invitation if you are disposed to that sort of thing.
